Security and trust

Support data stays behind the right access.

Talkando is built around MMG Identity, workspace-level authorization, customer-visible boundaries, and private support files.

Trust model

Identity proves the user. Talkando decides the workspace.

A successful MMG login does not automatically expose support data. Talkando resolves which customer and company contexts the signed-in account can use.

Login with MMG

Users authenticate with MMG Identity before Talkando resolves customer or company workspace access.

Workspace checks

Talkando checks workspace membership and role before showing portal tools or private support data.

Customer boundaries

Customer-facing views stay separate from company workspace tools, notes, assignments, and operations settings.

Private attachments

Attachments are treated as protected support files, with visibility rules for customer-visible, agent-only, and internal content.

Server-side session flow

The Talkando web app uses a server-side Login with MMG flow so browser pages do not manage raw bearer tokens.

Operational visibility

Settings, notification events, audit history, and access states are designed for review by authorized workspace users.

  1. 1

    Authenticate with MMG Identity

Users sign in on the MMG Identity surface and return to Talkando through the configured callback.

  2. 2

    Resolve Talkando access

Talkando checks customer support access, company workspace membership, and role-specific permissions.

  3. 3

    Show only the right surface

Customers see their support area; support teams see authorized company workspaces and internal tools.
